The Certificate IV in Frontline Management - BSB40807 is a nationally recognised training course designed with the number one objective to provide managers and students practical know-how in a broad range of business management competencies. This qualification can elevate you toward a supervisory or team leader position.The course is suitable for people that may have existing qualifications and technical skills in any given vocation or profession yet require skills or recognition in supervisory functions. Typically you would report to a manager and take the first line of management.
At this level frontline managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.
Job roles and titles vary across different industry sectors. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include: coordinator, leading hand, supervisor and team leader.

Distance Education = Flexibility
Obtaining the qualification through the Mini MBA software program gives excellent flexibility for study at your own pace.

I have been using the MasterPlan Software since version 5, and have recently upgraded to version 8, I am finding it very useful and time saving. The MAUS staff were also very organised and motivated when it came to setting me up with the program in a download so I could start working on MasterPlan immediately.
